• Dimensions for freeform, asymmetrical, and bespoke collections may exhibit slight tolerances of up to ±3 mm as part of our studio manufacturing standards.

3. Safety & Professional Installation

Trips Mirrors engineered hardware and French cleat mounting components are manufactured to rigorous architectural standards. However, wall construction, stud placement, and load-bearing materials differ significantly across properties.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the wall substrate (drywall, masonry, lath and plaster, or structural brick) is capable of securely supporting the weight of the mirror. We strongly advise contracting a certified, licensed contractor or professional installer for mirrors exceeding 15 kg or large floor-standing leaning designs.

4. Pricing & Typographical Inaccuracies

In the event that an item is listed with an inaccurate price or incorrect technical specification due to technical errors or typographical oversights, Trips Mirrors reserves the right to decline or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect rate, regardless of whether order confirmation has occurred.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable Canadian law, Trips Mirrors, its craftspeople, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Improper anchoring, unbalanced hanging, or failure to follow provided installation guidelines.
• Use of abrasive, ammonia-based, or acidic glass cleaning solutions on specialized mirror silvering and organic finishes.
• Delays in logistics, courier handling, or third-party freight interruptions beyond our reasonable direct control.
