01. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a standard return, your mirror and its mounting accessories must adhere to the following baseline requirements:
- The mirror must be in its pristine original condition, free from scratches, chips, or adhesive marks.
- The item must be repacked securely within its authentic protective framing, corner buffers, and packaging.
- Custom-dimensioned or bespoke engraved mirror panels are crafted to individual specifications and are non-refundable unless verified defective upon delivery.
- All included installation kits, wall anchors, and hardware brackets must be returned intact.
02. Step-by-Step Return Process
Initiate Your Request
Reach out to our customer care team through our contact directory with your order number, mirror model, and reason for return.
Secure Repackaging & Return Authorization
Once verified, our support concierge will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with courier collection details.
Studio Inspection & Refund Release
Our workshop craftsmen inspect the returned article within 48 hours of receipt. Upon inspection approval, your refund will be automatically credited.
03. Damaged or Faulty Items
All mirror shipments are fortified with reinforced shock-dampening cradles. However, should an item arrive cracked, chipped, or flawed in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of carrier handover.
Please inspect the carton and mirror surface immediately. If damaged, take clear photographs of the defect and the exterior shipping crate. We will arrange a complimentary carrier collection and dispatch a replacement unit or issue a total refund at no additional fee.
04. Shipping Costs for Returns
For standard preference-based returns (such as selecting a different dimension or frame hue), return transport fees are deducted from the refunded balance. For detailed logistics fees and parcel handling procedures, please consult our Delivery and Payment specifications.
